We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for store credit. To start the return process, please email info@reeseandmurphy.com.
How do I clean my Reese + Murphy products?
Chew (rubber) toys can be hand-washed.
Plush toys are machine washable.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a standard shipping rate of $6.95. Need it sooner? We offer Express 2-Day shipping for $19.95
My dog destroys most toys. Which toy would be best for them?
Our chew toys are made with 100% natural, durable rubber and designed for aggressive chewers. None of our chew toys are hollow, making it difficult for dogs to chew them apart.
